Denise Young Smith, as vice president of Worldwide Human Resources at Apple is tasked with helping the international technology giant implement its plan to increase diversity among its 98,000 employees. The HBCU grad has a degree in communications and a master’s degree in organizational management from Grambling State University in Louisiana.
